Role Overview:
As a Head - Marketing & Sales, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the sales process.
Your strategic approach will help expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets on Monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the software sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing & sales team to ensure target achievements.
- Create and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform business strategy.
- Network with respective industry to identify B2B partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Any Bachelors/ Related Management degree
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role especially in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software products and technology trends..
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
