Job Overview

Navdeep Kids Zone is seeking an experienced, passionate, and inspiring Head Montessori Teacher / Montessori Teacher Trainer to lead our Montessori program with excellence and vision. This role is ideal for a Montessori professional who not only loves working with young children but also enjoys mentoring teachers, shaping curriculum, and building a strong Montessori culture.

The selected candidate will play a key leadership role in maintaining international Montessori standards while nurturing a warm, joyful, and child-centered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities-Academic & Classroom Leadership

• Lead and oversee Montessori classrooms
• Ensure authentic Montessori practices are followed consistently
• Prepare and maintain a rich, organized Montessori environment
• Observe, assess, and guide children’s holistic development
• Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori activities

Teacher Training & Mentorship

• Train, mentor, and guide Montessori teachers and assistants
• Conduct regular workshops, demonstrations, and classroom observations
• Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and child observation
• Maintain teaching quality and continuous professional development

Curriculum & Quality Control

• Design and refine Montessori curriculum aligned with Navdeep’s vision
• Ensure proper use of Montessori materials and methodology
• Maintain records, assessments, and progress reports
• Support school leadership in academic planning and innovation

Parent & Team Engagement

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development
• Conduct parent orientations and Montessori awareness sessions
• Collaborate closely with school management and coordinators
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work culture

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Montessori Education (AMI / IMTC / any recognized Montessori certification)
• Minimum 5–8 years of Montessori teaching experience
• Prior experience as Head Teacher / Trainer / Academic Coordinator preferred
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child psychology
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Passion for early childhood education and lifelong learning
