Head MSME (ASA Microfinance Bank Pakistan Limited)

ASA Microfinance Bank (Pakistan) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of MSME to lead and grow our MSME portfolio. This role is central to driving business expansion, strengthening customer relationships, and building innovative MSME-focused financial solutions aligned with ASAI’s mission and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MSME strategy and drive business growth targets.

• Develop innovative MSME products and value‑chain solutions.

• Manage end‑to‑end sales processes and strengthen client relationships.

• Oversee portfolio quality, arrears management, and PAR performance.

• Ensure high‑quality credit processes and cross‑departmental collaboration.

• Monitor market trends and provide insights for decision‑making.

• Lead, coach, and develop the MSME team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Economics or related field (master's preferred).

• Professional certifications (ACCA, CFA, CIMA, CPA) are an advantage.

• 10+ years’ experience in financial services, including 4+ years in senior leadership.

• Strong background in sales management, credit, and MSME portfolio handling.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
