Head Nurse

Talentspoc is seeking an experienced Head Nurse with UAE experience and a valid nursing license to lead our homecare nursing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a driving license, enabling them to manage and coordinate nursing care services efficiently across various locations.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality homecare nursing, mentor and support nursing staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will be crucial in fostering a patient-centered care environment and promoting the well-being of our clients.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the homecare nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.

- Conduct training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of nursing staff.

- Coordinate nursing care visits, utilizing your driving license to travel to patients' homes as needed.

- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for homecare services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution.

- Valid UAE nursing license.

- Proven experience in homecare nursing within the UAE.

- Possession of a valid driving license.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and work independently.

- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
