The Role

We are looking for a Head of A-Level Further Maths Content Creation to lead and shape our Further Maths offering across teaching content, course structure, exam technique, and student-facing delivery.

This is a core academic role inside EdGenie. You will help build the standard for how A-Level Further Maths should be taught online, across long-form course content, live lessons, and short and long form social media.

This role is focused mainly on A-level Edexcel Further Maths, so strong experience with the Edexcel specification is essential. You will play a direct role in helping students improve performance through stronger understanding, cleaner method, and sharper exam execution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the creation of high-quality A-Level Further Maths content across EdGenie's course platform, lesson library, and social channels
• Support our growing A-Level student base across the UK, UAE, and globally
• Turn complex Further Maths topics into clear, engaging, exam-ready teaching
• Build structured lesson pathways for Edexcel Further Maths, with scope to support other British curriculum specifications where needed
• Create high-quality worked solutions, model methods, revision resources, and exam-focused walkthroughs
• Ensure students understand how to approach unfamiliar problems, structure solutions clearly, and secure method marks efficiently
• Design lesson sequences that build understanding in the right order and improve student results
• Record engaging course lessons with clarity, authority, and strong energy
• Stay current with specification updates, mark schemes, exam trends, and examiners' reports
• Strengthen full course structure so students follow a clear step-by-step pathway to exam success
• Host live weekly classes focused on content mastery, problem-solving, and exam technique
• Go live on social media to answer questions, teach key concepts, and connect with students in real time
• Create short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok to build trust, grow reach, and drive engagement

Who You Are

• A-Level Further Maths specialist with deep subject knowledge and strong instinct for where students struggle
• Strong experience teaching Edexcel A-Level Further Maths is essential
• Online tutoring experience is highly desirable
• Strong grasp of exam requirements, mark schemes, and assessment style in Further Maths
• Examiner experience is highly desirable
• Excellent teacher and communicator who explains difficult ideas in a simple, engaging way
• Strong on camera and confident presenting to students and parents
• Proven track record of helping students secure top grades
• Able to build both deep subject understanding and strong exam techniqueCreative, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-moving digital education business
• Clear spoken and written English is essential
