Job Summary:

We are looking for Head of Account Management to lead the account management function by overseeing team performance, strengthening strategic relationships with key clients, and ensuring all account practices align with company objectives and customer needs to drive satisfaction and sustainable growth.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the account management team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet client needs and business goals.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess service delivery and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform account management strategies.


Job Requirements:

  • +7 Years of experience in account management or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
  • Excellent in Microsoft and excel
