Head of Adult Services and Access – Job Posting

The Holliston Public Library is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time non-union position of Head of Adult Services and Access. Under the supervision of the Library Director, the Head of Adult Services and Access is responsible for planning, implementing, and promoting adult programming and collections, including book clubs, author talks, and community-wide reading initiatives. This position produces the Library’s bi-monthly newsletter, in print and online, highlighting events, programs, and services. The position also oversees circulation operations and related library transactions

Qualified applicants will have a Master’s Degree in Library Science and five (5) years of related experience. Experience with library management systems and Canva is required.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), benefit-eligible position classified as Grade 600. The anticipated hiring salary range is $30.02 per hour - $32.14 per hour. The full salary range is $30.02 per hour - to $39.44 per hour.
