We are not a “Done-For-You” agency, but a consulting firm with a Done-With-You service model. We provide hands-on expertise to help our clients improve profits and revenues while integrating complete systems, processes, and frameworks so they can scale and manage their Amazon brand like top operators independently, without relying on us long-term.
We are looking for a Head of AI & Automations to take ownership of how AI and automation are implemented across the company.
We are looking for someone who can deeply understand how our teams work today, identify bottlenecks, errors, and inefficiencies, and then design practical AI-powered systems that improve output, accuracy, and speed across multiple departments.
You will work closely with leadership and department heads and will have a direct impact on operations, product, client delivery, and internal efficiency.
Our Brand Analysis department includes 10+ coordinators and handles large volumes of reports and data.
You will:
Review and map existing workflows for downloading, uploading, and processing reports
Identify where errors happen and why
Reduce manual work and mistakes through automation and AI validation
Design QA layers to improve data accuracy and consistency
Introduce AI agents to assist with repetitive checks and processes
Improve internal communication and handoffs
Build clear dashboards and visualizations using tools like Google Looker Studio or similar solutions
The goal is a smoother, more reliable, and scalable analysis process.
Our consultants work closely with clients and rely on internal knowledge, guides, and years of past client conversations.
You will:
Build AI agents trained on our internal guides, documentation, datasets, and historical Slack conversations
Structure and clean knowledge so it can be reliably used by AI systems
Create internal tools that help consultants answer common client questions faster and more consistently
Reduce repetitive explanations and manual knowledge lookup
The focus here is support, speed, and consistency, not replacing human judgment.
We have several manual processes related to PPC optimization and product workflows.
You will:
Identify repetitive or manual steps that can be automated in the current SOPs
Implement AI-driven logic to improve efficiency and performance
Work closely with product and performance teams to enhance our systems
Our accounting workflows currently involve excessive manual effort and too many errors.
You will:
Streamline accounting-related processes using automation
Add AI-driven QA checks to catch mistakes early
Improve reliability and clarity across finance operations
Work closely with accounting stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance
A major responsibility of this role will be to build and own a company-wide AI-powered wiki.
We want to take everything we've built internally over the years and turn it into a single, reliable source of truth that our teams can actually use.

The goal is for Sales, Consultants, and CS team members to ask questions directly in the company wiki and receive clear, consistent answers.
We already have a significant number of automations running across the company, and this role will take full ownership of them.
This includes automations built in Make.com, integrations with our CRM and sales systems, Slack workflows, internal notifications, group-based automations, and other cross-tool processes that are already live and critical to daily operations.
You will:
Fully learn and document all existing automations
Take end-to-end ownership of how they work, why they exist, and how they can be improved
Be highly available on a daily basis to monitor, fix, and troubleshoot issues as they come up
Improve reliability, reduce breakages, and simplify complex automation logic where possible
Proactively identify weak points before they turn into problems
Act as the main point of contact for anything related to automations across teams
This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the systems, understands how small failures can create big problems, and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly day to day.
Strong experience building AI-driven workflows and automation systems
Someone who understands operations and processes, not just AI tools
Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLMs, and workflow automation
Comfortable working with data, validation logic, and QA systems
Experience integrating multiple tools and software platforms
Clear communicator who can work across teams
Builder mindset with a focus on real impact and scalability
Familiarity with basic coding concepts
Hands-on experience with Make.com or similar automation platforms
Experience with Looker Studio or BI tools
Background in analytics, operations, or performance marketing
Experience working with internal knowledge bases or Slack data
Familiarity with accounting or finance workflows
Experience in fast-growing or remote-first companies
