Head of Amazon Growth – High Salary

Please note: One of a kind opportunity, we are an established D2C USA Ecommerce company with millions of visitors per month on our website, we are expecting to reach a high multi 7/year revenue run rate on Amazon from the beginning.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Available full-time (40+ hours/week minimum).
  • Proven track record (5+ years) successfully managing and scaling Amazon Seller Central accounts for D2C ecommerce brands (multi-7 or 8-figure+ scale).
  • Highly organized, self-starter, and capable of taking full ownership of the Amazon channel from strategy through daily execution.
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end Amazon operations: account setup, product listings, keyword research/SEO, A+ content, inventory management, and FBA/FBM logistics.
  • Strong experience running and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) with a focus on ROAS and profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate reviews and manage reputation within Amazon’s policies (Vine, Request a Review, etc.).
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to track key KPIs (sales, ACOS/TACOS, ranking, conversion rate) and extract actionable insights.
  • Skilled at competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Solid understanding of Amazon compliance, category approvals, and policy changes, especially for regulated products like hearing aids.

Job Description:

Important note: You will start this department from scratch. You’ll have access to our designers, video editors, and copywriters when needed, but everything else will be fully owned by you at the start. As the channel grows and more manpower is required, we will hire additional team members to support you.

We’re looking for an Amazon Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon channel from day one. This isn’t just an operations role—it’s a complete launch and growth mandate. We need someone who knows how to set up, protect, and scale an Amazon business the right way from the very beginning. Your job is to ensure we start with a strong foundation, stay fully compliant, avoid review pitfalls, and build a profitable, high-growth revenue stream.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Amazon channel end-to-end: account setup, category approvals, product listings, storefront creation, and brand registry.
  • Launch our first products with flawless execution—ensuring listings are optimized for search, conversion, and compliance.
  • Implement strategies to generate and protect reviews from day one, staying fully within Amazon’s policies.
  • Build and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to drive traffic, sales, and rankings.
  • Continuously optimize keywords, ads, and listings to maximize ROAS and organic growth.
  • Oversee inventory planning and logistics (FBA/FBM) to prevent stockouts or overstock issues.
  • Monitor key metrics (sales, ACOS/TACOS, rankings, conversion rates) and report actionable insights.
  • Protect the brand from listing hijackers, counterfeiters, and policy violations.
  • Stay on top of Amazon updates, trends, and best practices to keep us ahead of the competition.
  • Over time, build and lead an Amazon team, scaling processes as the channel becomes a major revenue driver.

Compensation is open and flexible, based on your experience, expertise, and the level of ownership you bring to the role.

We’re not looking for someone to simply “list products.” We’re looking for an Amazon expert who can own, build, and scale a high-performing Amazon channel from the ground up. If you’ve successfully launched and grown Amazon businesses before—and you’re ready to do it again at a high level—this is the role for you, and you’ll be compensated accordingly.

There’s no hard ceiling here. We want the best of the best, and we plan to implement a performance-based incentive structure as soon as we have revenue benchmarks in place. Show us you can deliver measurable results, and you’ll share in the upside.
