We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of our Audio-Visual Division under the brand Zenova Smart Systems to drive growth and ensure excellence in project and services delivery in AV and Automation.

Position Summary

The Head of the AV Division is a senior leadership role responsible for defining the strategic direction, managing operations, and ensuring the overall success of the AV Division. This role oversees all departments within the division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing departments and teams, leading large-scale, high-value AV projects, and a strong technical background. In addition, they should demonstrate exceptional leadership, people management, strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, along with a proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the strategic direction of the AV Division, aligning initiatives with the company’s overall goals and growth objectives.

Project & Portfolio Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale, high-value AV and Automation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Team Management & Talent Acquisition: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, and recruit and retain top talent for senior and key roles within the division.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term partnerships.

Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, establish best practices, and ensure efficient operations across all departments under the division.

Financial Oversight, Budgeting & Profit Generation: Manage divisional budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth, cost efficiency, and maximize profit margins.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in the Audio Visual and IT systems industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing a division or large portfolio of projects in GCC.

Technical Skills:

Expert knowledge of AV systems, including Professional Audio, Digital Signage, Digital Displays and Video Walls, Projection Systems, Immersive Venues, Boardroom and Conference Room AV Solutions, Auditoriums, Educational Institution AV Systems, Control Room Solutions, Theatre Systems and Automation.

Experience with IT systems and infrastructure, Security Systems, and ELV is desirable.

Familiarity with Telecommunication and SCADA systems is a plus.

Project Management Expertise:

Demonstrated ability to manage high-value projects, such as those in premium hotels, educational institutions and large public venues.

Proven track record of achieving high on-time delivery rates and completing projects ahead of schedule.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
