SUMMARY:

Responsible for leading and managing ACP’s brand, marketing, and communications activities to ensure consistent, professional, and effective messaging. The role focuses on brand governance, corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and supporting ACP leadership in achieving strategic objectives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Brand & Corporate Identity

Lead the development, management, and protection of ACP’s brand and corporate identity.

Oversee brand guidelines, templates, and standards to ensure consistent application across the Program.

• Corporate Communications

Oversee internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, and official announcements.

Coordinate with the CEO Office on leadership communications and key messages.

• Marketing & Public Relations

Lead the planning and execution of corporate marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Support events, conferences, and external engagements in coordination with relevant functions.

• Digital & Media Management

Oversee the management and maintenance of ACP’s website and digital platforms.

Ensure alignment of messaging across all communication channels.

• Leadership & Advisory

Act as a trusted advisor to ACP leadership on brand and communications matters.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

• Governance & Continuous Improvement

Develop and maintain brand and communications policies and procedures.

Monitor performance and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (required).

Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or corporate communications.

Experience in leadership roles within complex or public-sector organizations is preferred.
