Job Description
The Head of Brand & Growth is the senior marketing leader responsible for translating Tabrah Holding’s vision into a structured, high-performing marketing system across all brands.
This role sits between the founders and the internal team, ensuring that all marketing activity is:
- Strategically aligned
- Operationally structured
- Creatively strong
- Commercially effective
Reporting Structure
Reports to:
- Holding Company Management / Founders
Leads:
- Creative Director
- Brand / Social Media Manager
- Graphic Designer
- External agencies / freelancers (performance, production, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies across all brands
- Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans and priorities
- Build and maintain a structured marketing calendar (campaigns, activations, launches)
- Align marketing plans with seasonality, openings, and commercial targets
Campaign Leadership & Execution System
- Establish a clear campaign workflow:
- Brief → Concept → Approval → Execution → Reporting
- Ensure every campaign starts with a structured brief and defined objectives
- Oversee campaign rollout across digital, in-store, and experiential touchpoints
- Lead or co-lead major campaigns, launches, and activations
Performance & Growth Management
- Define and track key performance metrics across all brands
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively
- Oversee performance marketing (in-house or external)
- Ensure marketing activity drives:
- Footfall
- Revenue
- Membership growth
- Customer retention
Brand & Ecosystem Management
- Ensure each brand maintains a strong and distinct identity
- Align all marketing output with brand positioning and tone of voice
- Build cross-brand initiatives across Tabrah ecosystem
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and brand extensions
Team Leadership & Workflow Management
- Lead and structure the current marketing team
- Define roles, responsibilities, and expectations clearly
- Improve workflow, communication, and accountability
- Support and guide the Creative Director without replacing their role
- Identify capability gaps and hiring needs over time
Reporting & Decision-Making
- Build a simple, consistent marketing reporting system
- Submit monthly performance reports to management
- Provide clear recommendations based on data and insights
- Ensure all decisions are backed by both:
- Brand understanding
- Commercial impact
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 5–8+ years in marketing within lifestyle, F&B, fitness, or hospitality
- Experience in multi-brand or multi-location businesses
- Proven experience owning marketing strategy and execution
- Experience managing small teams in fast-paced environments
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking with execution capability
- Ability to connect brand activity to business outcomes
- Solid understanding of:
- Campaign planning
- Performance tracking
- Customer behavior
- Ability to structure teams and workflows
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a lean, founder-led environment
- Language Spoken -English & Arabic
