The Head of Branding & Marketing Communication will lead a team to build a loved brand for Kwai. This person will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, favorability, and growth of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving creator and user insights
2. Developing branding stories and marketing communication strategies
3. Creating marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and favorability
4. Increasing content growth and user engagement through marketing campaigns
5. Building and developing a strong brand marketing team

Minimum Requirements:

1. Strong track record in branding, PR, and marketing
2. Previous experience in internet, media, or consumer goods sectors
3. Balanced creativity and analytical skills
4. Demonstrated strong team management skills
