Head of Bullion Trading & Business Development

Ratan Sajan Diamonds DMCC is a fully licensed and capitalized physical bullion trading firm based in Dubai. We are expanding our precious metals division and are seeking a highly connected and commercially driven bullion trader to lead revenue generation, market expansion, and institutional trade execution across the UAE market.

This is a front-office, revenue-focused role. All compliance, logistics, settlements, vaulting, and operational processes are managed internally by our dedicated support teams, allowing you to focus entirely on trading, relationship management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate, negotiate, and execute high-volume physical bullion transactions on a daily basis
• Manage buy/sell orders across gold, silver, and other precious metals products
• Build and expand relationships with Deira wholesalers, DMCC traders, UAE refineries, wealth managers, family offices, and jewellery manufacturers
• Identify and onboard new B2B and institutional clients
• Negotiate competitive spreads, premiums, and discounts to optimize profitability
• Coordinate with management regarding hedging exposure and market positioning
• Develop long-term strategic trading partnerships and supply agreements
• Serve as the primary market-facing representative of the firm

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in physical bullion trading, precious metals sales, institutional commodities trading, or bullion business development within Dubai/UAE
• Strong existing relationships within the UAE precious metals ecosystem are essential
• Active network across gold souk traders, DMCC market participants, refineries, institutional buyers, and wholesale jewellery businesses
• Strong understanding of LBMA standards, UAE Good Delivery standards, physical bullion settlement processes, market spreads, premiums, and basic hedging principles
• Proven history of revenue generation, trade execution, and client acquisition
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced trading environment

Salary:
AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 per month + Performance Incentives
