What this is

Rytec is a digital marketing agency serving UK and US clients across SEO, paid media, content, creative, and web development. The delivery team is in place, experienced, and ready to take on significantly more work. What we are building now is the commercial function that scales it, the outbound infrastructure, the pipeline, and the team that runs within it. This role owns that build.

The person we are looking for

You have built outbound sales infrastructure before, data acquisition, email sequences, CRM architecture, funnel logic, and you can show what it produced. You have sold B2B services to UK or US clients and you understand how Western buyers think and what moves them. You manage people by building systems they operate within, not by standing over them. You think in processes, not tasks. You do not need to be told what to do next. You identify the gap, build the solution, and hold yourself accountable to the result.

If you have managed a sales team but never personally built the infrastructure underneath it, this role is NOT for you.

What you will build

  • Data acquisition and scraping frameworks with defined quality and verification standards
  • Outbound email and LinkedIn sequences targeting UK and US mid-market businesses
  • Cold calling frameworks with scripts, objection handling, and QA processes
  • Full CRM pipeline. stages, lead scoring, follow-up automation, and revenue reporting
  • End-to-end funnel from cold contact to signed retainer, documented and measurable
  • A sales team that operates within the system you build and is held to clear KPIs

  • Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
