Head of Business Development – ELV & Home Automation (UAE)

Build it. Lead it. Own it.

If you’re currently in an ELV or system integration company in the UAE, closing deals but not given the authority to build something meaningful, this is your opportunity.

We are looking for a proven ELV sales leader to head our ELV & Home Automation division and drive it from the ground up.

This is not a routine sales role.
This is for someone who wants to take ownership, build a team, and scale a business unit.

Who this is for:

  • 10+ years UAE experience in ELV & Home Automation
  • Strong history of personally closing projects (must be verifiable)
  • Existing relationships with consultants, developers, MEP contractors, and key clients
  • Deep expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, AV, Home Automation
  • Currently performing… but limited by structure, hierarchy, or lack of growth opportunity

What you will do:

  • Head and build the ELV & Automation division
  • Drive revenue from day one through your network and market knowledge
  • Develop strategy, open key accounts, and secure major projects
  • Gradually build and lead your own sales team
  • Work directly with management to shape the business
