The Mission

Scale our UAE success to the entire GCC.


We have already established a strong foothold in the UAE, with a sub-distributor and presence in several hundred pharmacies. Your mission is to take this momentum and go big.


Your primary objective is to leverage our UAE traction to negotiate with and close one financially capable Master Distributor for the wider GCC region (with a critical focus on unlocking Saudi Arabia). You will manage the existing UAE relationship while securing a powerhouse partner to dominate the rest of the market.


What You’ll Do
  • Regional Master Distributor Acquisition:  Use our UAE success stories as "proof of concept" to map, shortlist, and close a Master Distributor for the wider GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman). You need a partner capable of navigating complex logistics and massive volume requirements, particularly for the Saudi market.
  • UAE Account Management:  Take over management of our existing UAE sub-distributor relationship. Drive optimization in current pharmacy listings, ensure stock availability, and push for deeper market penetration while aligning their strategy with the wider regional vision.
  • Revenue Ownership (GCC):  Build and deliver the sales plan for the entire region. You hold full responsibility for regional revenue targets—growing the existing UAE base and launching the rest of the Gulf.
  • Channel Strategy:  Oversee the execution of a scalable mix of offline retail (major pharmacy chains like Nahdi/Boots, luxury beauty, and hypermarkets) and regional e-commerce (Amazon.sa/.ae, Noon, Talabat).
  • Brand & Social Growth:  Lead brand building on key regional platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok) and facilitate KOL/influencer partnerships; localize messaging (cultural & language) with our marketing team.
  • Regulatory & Compliance:  Ensure the new Master Partner has the infrastructure to handle  SFDA (Saudi)  registration immediately. Oversee Halal compliance requirements and import readiness for new markets.
  • Forecasting & Reporting:  Own pipeline, forecasts, and performance reviews; track CAC/ROI, contribution margin, and account-level P&L across both the new Master partner and the existing UAE setup.


What You’ll Bring
  • 5–10+ years in BD/Sales in the GCC  within supplements, beauty, pharma, or FMCG.
  • The Network:  You have direct access to decision-makers at the largest distribution groups in the Middle East (especially in KSA). You have a proven track record of closing large-scale master distribution deals.
  • Market Knowledge:  Deep understanding of KSA market dynamics vs. UAE. You know how to manage an existing market (UAE) while aggressively hunting in a new one (KSA).
  • Regulatory Savviness:  Understanding of SFDA (Saudi Food & Drug Authority) processes, Halal certification requirements, and regional labeling standards.
  • Language:  Fluent  English and Arabic  are essential for high-level negotiations in the region.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset:  A data-driven operator who thrives on accountability and speed.


What You’ll Get

Option A — Base Salary + 2% Commission:

  • Compensation:  Competitive base salary + 3% commission on all revenue you generate (including growth from existing UAE accounts + new Master Distributor orders), uncapped.

Option B — 20% Commission on All Cash-In (Uncapped):

  • Compensation:  20% commission on every cash-in you generate from the market you close, uncapped. No base salary. (Ideal for high-level deal makers with an existing network).
  • Remote Flexibility:  Work how you’re most productive.
  • Global Platform:  A strong European brand already selling in 60+ markets.


How Success Is Measured (First 30days)
  1. Signed GCC Master Distributor agreement  (focusing on KSA & remaining Gulf states) with clear purchase commitments and launch timeline.
  2. UAE Optimization:  Demonstrated growth in sell-out numbers and new door openings within the existing UAE infrastructure.
  3. Regulatory Roadmap:  SFDA (Saudi) registration process initiated or cleared by the new partner for key SKUs.
  4. Launch Plan:  First wave of major pharmacy chain listings confirmed for KSA (e.g., Nahdi).
  5. Marketing:  Established regional influencer/social calendar and localized brand assets.
