Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Business Development & Marketing with proven experience in the towel manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will lead international sales growth, develop strategic market expansion plans, and strengthen our presence in the US, UK, and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies for US, UK, and European regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client base in international markets.
  • Lead and manage the marketing and sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.
  • Oversee branding, positioning, and digital marketing strategies for global outreach.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–7 years of experience in a towel manufacturing/export company (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong expertise in international marketing leadership and export sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the US, UK, and European markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of textile production processes and global compliance standards.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
