Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the IT domain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
  • Lead and mentor the business development team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, HR, Finance) to align business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term business retention.
  • Track performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Development within the IT industry (software services, SaaS, IT consulting, or related fields).
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation, software development services, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing BD/Sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Lahore.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
