Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the IT domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
- Lead and mentor the business development team to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, HR, Finance) to align business goals.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Oversee end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term business retention.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Development within the IT industry (software services, SaaS, IT consulting, or related fields).
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation, software development services, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing BD/Sales teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Lahore.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
