Business Development Manager

Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Type: Full-time (Onsite role)
Shift: Night

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and secure projects via Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms
• Write and manage proposals, bids, and client communications
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Negotiate pricing and close business deals
• Track leads and sales performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales
• Hands-on experience with freelance platforms (especially Upwork)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
