Head of Business Expansion – Sweets & Bakery

We are looking for an experienced and growth-driven professional for the position of Head of Business Expansion for our Sweets & Bakery business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, expanding business operations, developing new markets, increasing sales channels, and strengthening brand presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business expansion strategies for Sweets & Bakery operations
• Identify new business opportunities, locations, and market segments
• Lead expansion projects including new outlets, distribution channels, and partnerships
• Build relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and marketing teams for successful execution
• Drive revenue growth and business development initiatives
• Prepare business feasibility and expansion plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in business development or expansion, preferably in Sweets, Bakery, FMCG, or Retail sector
• Strong market knowledge and networking abilities
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple expansion projects effectively

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
