Job Summary:


The role is focusing on overseeing all aspects of digital data collection, analysis, and insights generation for decision making . This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytical expertise to enhance digital performance, customer experience, and business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement the organization’s digital analytics strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of analysts and data specialists, ensuring their work contributes to actionable insights and measurable impact.
  • Identify trends, technologies, and tools in digital analytics to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various digital channels, including web, mobile, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior management, product teams, and other stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reporting systems that monitor KPIs and digital performance metrics.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to optimize user experience, campaign performance, and customer journeys.
  • Lead A/B testing, multivariate testing, and predictive modelling initiatives to improve digital performance.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into simple, actionable recommendations.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience Minimum of 10 years in digital analytics, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and customer behavior analytics.
  • Proficiency in data querying and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
