The Role

You will:

• Provide clinical leadership and support to care staff
• Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and leadership team
• Undertake client assessments and oversee care planning
• Manage complex care needs and make clinical decisions
• Monitor quality and ensure CQC compliance
• Support staff development and training

About You

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with community or district nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Experience of managing or supervising others
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Good IT skills, including digital care systems and record keeping
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
