The Role
You will:
- Provide clinical leadership and support to care staff
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and leadership team
- Undertake client assessments and oversee care planning
- Manage complex care needs and make clinical decisions
- Monitor quality and ensure CQC compliance
- Support staff development and training
About You
- Registered Nurse (NMC) with community or district nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Experience of managing or supervising others
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills, including digital care systems and record keeping
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
