Head of Clinic Operations

Doctori is launching its first physical clinic in Al-Qassim and we’re looking for an experienced Head of Clinic Operations to help us build and scale our clinic network in Saudi Arabia.

This role is hands-on and based on site. You’ll be responsible for setting up clinic operations, hiring and managing staff, ensuring compliance (CBAHI, MOH, SCFHS), and getting the clinic fully ready to operate and grow.

What you’ll do

• Set up and run day-to-day clinic operations

• Hire, onboard, and manage clinical & non-clinical staff

• Lead CBAHI and regulatory compliance

• Oversee equipment readiness and facility setup

• Help build scalable processes for future clinics

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in healthcare or clinic operations in Saudi Arabia

• Hands-on experience with CBAHI and MOH requirements

• Comfortable working in a startup environment

• Arabic & English required
