Role Summary
The Head of Cloud Computing Business will lead the company’s cloud portfolio, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share across public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud offerings. This role entails full P&L ownership, strategic planning, and execution of national and global go-to-market initiatives. The incumbent will spearhead B2B sales, cultivate relationships with high-value clients across government, enterprise, SME, and startup sectors, and ensure operational excellence in service delivery. With a focus on innovation, scalability, security, and compliance, the role demands an accomplished leader with deep expertise in cloud architectures, proven sales leadership, and a strong grasp of local and international cloud market trends.
Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible for P&L of Cloud Computing Business Portfolio of the company.

Own Revenue, EBITDA, and PAT targets.

Lead B2B sales effort of Cloud Computing Business and allied products/services (including but not limited to Public, Private, Hybrid and Multi-Cloud).

Build and lead a high-performance, target-driven sales team.

Develop and execute the cloud computing business strategy, aligned with organizational goals.

Own and execute the national and global Cloud Computing GTM plan.

Responsible for relationships and account management of high-value clients (Government, Enterprise, SME, Startups etc.).

Innovate and evolve service offerings as per the market dynamics.

Ensure operational excellence in cloud delivery, with focus on scalability, security, and compliance.
Job Specifications

Around 10 years of Cloud Computing Sales experience with 5+ years of leadership role.

Demonstrated success in cloud sales and team management.

Expertise in public, private, hybrid and multi-cloud architectures and platforms.

Strong understanding of the national and global markets.

Knowledge of local and global enterprises and public sector cloud adoption trends.

Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ICT/Telecom/Business would be a plus.

Excellent client-facing, solution-selling and leadership skills.
