Head of COE (Sourcing)

Role Overview:

Leading and delivering Operational and Strategic Excellence across all Procurement Activities for Style Textile. The position will own process creation, digitization and analytics to steward the procurement team towards best-in-class.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Procurement Policy and Procedures and Savings Methodology, including training and education across procurement with compliance monitoring.
• Supports target setting, milestone planning and acts as PMO for the Procurement function team giving visibility on performance and issue management.
• Develops and implements best in class process and performance management system for procurement.
• Defines and gains agreement to a Digital roadmap for procurement that leverages existing systems investment and brings leading Digital thinking to Style Textile.
• Leads Commercial and Contract excellence to harmonize contractual and commercial policies that safeguard Style Textile whilst maximizing commercial benefits with all suppliers.
• Develops a central contract management process to ensure all contracts are easily accessed, reviewed and pro-actively managed.
• Leads a central team specializing in Data Analytics that supports category managers in building category insights and fact bases to identify further cost opportunities.
• Delivers Procurement performance reporting across all procurement activities at Style Textile.

Education:

• MBA preferred, other graduate degree potentially acceptable.
• CIPS qualification desirable.
• Demonstrable grasp of Technology and Systems delivery in Procurement.
• In depth knowledge of procurement processes and digitization.

Experience:

• Successful, multi-year track record in a procurement organization.
• 10+ years management experience preferably in MNC with experience of secondment outside Pakistan.
• Experience with Procurement Policy and Procedures.
