Head of Commercial – Enterprise Software

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior commercial leader to take our next-generation enterprise financial and operational platforms to market.

This role owns revenue strategy, enterprise sales execution, market positioning, and pipeline development across the UAE and regional markets. The mandate is clear: convert platform capability into measurable revenue growth.

This is not a marketing coordination role. This is full revenue ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute enterprise sales strategy
  • Open and manage high-value B2B pipelines
  • Engage directly with CEOs and senior decision-makers
  • Structure and negotiate enterprise-level software contracts
  • Define commercial models and pricing strategy
  • Drive platform adoption within mid-to-large organizations

Candidate Profile

  • 8–15 years of experience selling complex B2B enterprise software (ERP, insurance systems, financial platforms, compliance or infrastructure)
  • Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
  • Strong existing network within UAE corporate and insurance sectors
  • Comfortable operating in high-accountability environments
  • Capable of building commercial structure from the ground up

This is a Dubai-based on-site leadership role with performance-linked compensation directly tied to revenue generation.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
