About the Role
We are actively seeking a highly analytical, bilingual, and results-driven Head of Commercial & Growth to oversee our entire revenue-generating ecosystem. This is a senior, multi-disciplinary leadership role requiring a strategic expert who can seamlessly wear four hats: Ads Auditor, Marketing Auditor, Call Centre Head, and Sales Head.
You will be responsible for forensically auditing our digital marketing spends, optimizing lead generation, scaling our call center operations, and driving aggressive sales growth for our premium aesthetic clinic.

- Aesthetics Experience: You must have extensive senior-level experience strictly within an Aesthetic Medical Centre, Cosmetic Clinic, or Dermatology center.
- UAE Experience: You must have a verified, successful track record operating at a leadership level within the UAE market.
- Dubai Resident: You must currently live in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Ads & Marketing Auditing: Deep-dive into our current performance marketing campaigns across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads). Audit ad spend, analyze ROI/ROAS, identify leakages, and optimize strategies to ensure maximum lead acquisition at the lowest cost.
- Marketing Strategy & Oversight: Evaluate the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and PR efforts. Ensure all marketing initiatives are data-driven, aligned with clinic goals, and fully compliant with DHA guidelines.
- Call Centre Leadership: Head the telesales and call center department. Develop high-converting sales scripts, monitor call quality, streamline booking processes (using CRM), and maximize the lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
- Sales Head & Revenue Generation: Set ambitious sales targets and KPIs for the clinic. Train, mentor, and lead the sales and patient coordination teams to master upselling, cross-selling, and closing high-ticket aesthetic procedures.
- Data & Analytics: Provide comprehensive weekly/monthly executive reports on marketing performance, call center efficiency, and overall revenue growth to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Experience (Dealbreaker): 5+ years of senior management experience overseeing marketing, sales, and call centers specifically in the Aesthetic, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Clinic sector.
- UAE Experience (Dealbreaker): Deep understanding of the UAE aesthetics market, patient demographics, and competitor landscape.
- Location (Dealbreaker): Current resident of Dubai.
- Languages: Fully bilingual and highly articulate in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Technical Auditing Skills: Expert-level ability to navigate and audit ad accounts (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads) and CRM platforms (Odoo experience is a major plus).
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage large, diverse teams, hold staff accountable, and foster a high-performance, sales-driven culture.
