About the Role
In this key leadership position, you will:

Bring a
global perspective
into the Turkish operations,

Partner closely with senior management and influence
strategic decision-making

Shape and drive the company’s
total rewards and people strategy
at a critical time of transformation.
Key Responsibilities
-
Design and implement the company’s Compensation & Benefits strategy aligned with business goals and market benchmarks
-
Establish and maintain job evaluation, grading architecture, and governance frameworks
-
Lead annual reward cycles: merit increases, promotions, and bonus programs
-
Manage benchmarking processes using WTW or other data providers, ensuring competitive pay structures
-
Design and oversee employee benefits programs (healthcare, insurance, meal allowance, etc.)
-
Develop and roll out wellbeing initiatives covering mental, physical, and financial health
-
Optimize HRIS use to enhance reward processes
-
Collaborate with Finance on reward-related budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
-
Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners to attract and retain top talent with competitive offers
-
Provide tools, training, and consultation to managers on C&B practices
-
Lead the management of both internal and external total rewards budgets, ensuring effective allocation and monitoring
-
Deliver timely reporting and insights to support executive-level decisions

Foster a
data-driven, inclusive, and collaborative
