Head of Construction

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and supervise construction at all project sites.

● Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and deadlines.

● Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors.

● Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.

● Utilize construction management software for planning and reporting.

Requirements:

● BE Civil (mandatory).

● 20+ years of experience in real estate/construction.

● Strong technical, leadership, and project management skills.

● Proficiency in construction software (MS Project/Primavera or similar).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
