Snag is the 10-minute delivery app built for college students. We deliver snacks, drinks, and essentials from local Snag Stores straight to students’ doors — faster than they can microwave Easy Mac. Our deliveries are fulfilled within university campuses by student drivers on electric scooters , making Snag the fastest, most campus-native delivery experience in the country.

Our stores generate more revenue per square foot than Trader Joe’s , and our team is lean and high-impact: just 22 full-time employees supported by a network of 600+ part-time student workers across the country.

We emerged as a direct response to the exorbitant fees and long wait times that plague traditional delivery services. Snag provides the fastest delivery experience available — with orders fulfilled in under 10 minutes — all while staying affordable and accessible to students.


Role Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Content to own the voice and identity of Snag across all channels — with a strong focus on social. You’ll lead our brand presence across 12+ campus-specific Instagram accounts, mentor a team of student social media managers, and develop campaigns that drive growth, loyalty, and culture.


This is not a corporate brand job. You’ll be shaping a brand that’s raw, fast, and unfiltered — built by students, for students. You must be someone who instinctively gets today’s college students and knows how to speak their language online and off. You’ll set the tone, make standout content yourself, and drive creative strategy across every student touchpoint.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead Snag’s social media and brand presence across 12+ campus-specific Instagram accounts — ensuring consistent voice, high-quality content, and fast growth


  • Manage and mentor a team of local student social media managers who are directly involved in their communities, actively participating in and capturing content at campus events and social moments


  • Create content yourself — from Reels to memes to raw on-campus clips — and organize larger creative campaigns in collaboration with videographers, designers, and student creators


  • Explore and experiment with new content channels — including local brand ambassadors — and manage their output to ensure it aligns with brand tone and drives engagement


  • Develop and run campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and brand love (e.g. Snag Madness, Snag Blitz, Snag a Bag, campus giveaways)


  • Grow brand loyalty and drive social following through giveaways, collabs, and culturally relevant moments


  • Own visual and creative brand identity across platforms — including in-app banners, merch drops, flyers, and referral cards


What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable operating as a one-person creative team at HQ — from strategy to execution


  • Scrappy and resourceful — knows how to get big results with leaner budgets


  • Doesn’t need a big team or fancy tools to create impact — just creativity and hustle


  • Energized by ownership — you’ll be the central creative engine for a fast-growing brand


  • A creative leader who instinctively connects with today’s college students — what they laugh at, what they share, and what makes them care


  • Strong instincts for social-first creative, especially Instagram and TikTok


  • Experience managing creators or content teams, ideally Gen Z or student-based


  • A portfolio that shows you’ve built brands that break traditional norms — whether through tone, format, or cultural relevance


  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment where speed > perfection


What’s Required

  • Experience managing large-scale Instagram account(s)
  • Proven ability to manage others — including content creators, ambassadors, social media managers, and videographers
  • Has a proven track record of creating viral, high-performing content across platforms
  • A passion for building brands that challenge traditional industry standards
