The Role
We’re looking for someone who can own content and drive marketing and brand vision across our portfolio. You’re equal parts creative operator and strategist, someone who can shoot a Reel in the morning, shape a launch campaign in the afternoon, and pitch a brand direction by end of day.
This role is less about follower count and more about taste, execution, consistency, and instinct for what moves culture.
What You’ll Do
- Lead marketing and brand strategy across our projects, artists, films, and underlying brands
- Own the content engine: create and direct short-form for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging platforms
- Shape the public voice, positioning, and cultural identity of everything we touch
- Build campaigns from concept to rollout — launches, drops, releases, activations, theatrical moments
- Capture and edit content around artist projects, films, meetings, events, premieres, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Turn everyday moments into compelling internet-native storytelling
- Develop recurring content formats, hooks, and viral concepts
- Partner closely with founders, creatives, artists, filmmakers, and brand partners
- Stay deeply tapped into music, internet culture, memes, aesthetics, and trends
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record building or growing a brand, artist, film, or product through content and marketing
- Sharp creative instincts and serious visual/cultural taste
- Strong editing chops (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Deep understanding of TikTok/Reels/Shorts ecosystems and what makes things travel
- Strategic brain: can think in campaigns, narratives, and brand arcs not just one-off posts
- Comfortable shooting in real-world environments and moving fast
- Self-starter who can own outcomes without hand-holding
- Someone who genuinely loves culture, media, storytelling, and the internet
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on experience, scope, and performance alignment.
