Head of Content & Social Media Strategy (High-Ticket Brand)

Location: Remote (Miami preferred)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $3,000–$5,000/month (based on experience) + performance incentives

About the Role

We’re building one of the most dominant education brands in the barbering industry.

This is not a “posting content” role.
This is a content operator + strategist position.

Your job is to bring structure, consistency, and scale to our content ecosystem and eliminate guesswork completely.

You will work directly with the founder to:

  • Turn raw ideas into high-performing content systems
  • Manage the entire pipeline from idea → production → distribution → performance
  • Ensure content is deployed across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Skool with precision

What You’ll Own

1. Content Machine (Execution)

  • Build and manage a daily content engine (short-form + long-form)
  • Ensure consistent output across all platforms:
  • Instagram (Reels + Grid)
  • TikTok
  • YouTube (Shorts + Long-form)
  • Skool (community content)
  • Maintain a rolling 14–30 day content calendar

2. Strategy & Direction

  • Collaborate directly with founder on:
  • Content angles
  • Messaging
  • Offers
  • Translate strategy into:
  • Clear briefs for editors/designers
  • Repeatable content frameworks

3. Team Leadership

  • Manage and coordinate:
  • Editors
  • Designers
  • Videographers
  • Ensure everyone knows:
  • What to produce
  • Deadlines
  • Quality standards

4. Distribution & Optimization

  • Oversee publishing across all platforms
  • Optimize for:
  • Engagement
  • Retention
  • Conversion (this is key — not just views)
  • Track performance weekly and adjust strategy

What We’re Looking For

Creative Direction & Aesthetic Standard (Non-Negotiable)

  • You have a strong sense of fashion, culture, and visual identity
  • You understand high-fashion / editorial aesthetics (not generic social media content)
  • You can maintain a cohesive, premium brand look across all platforms
  • You notice details most people miss:
  • Typography
  • Color grading
  • Framing
  • Styling
  • You can reference brands, creatives, or movements that inspire your taste (and explain why)

This brand sits at the intersection of:
barbering × fashion × culture

This is where most people disqualify themselves:

  • You have high-level visual taste (luxury/editorial > generic content)
  • You understand high-ticket offers ($3K–$10K+ programs)
  • You think in:

How to Apply

Pay: $24.62 - $29.65 per hour
