About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to serve as Head of Content & Strategy for Olivia Garden. This person will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s content and marketing strategies while engaging in the Content Creator role from time to time. They will balance high-level planning with hands-on content execution, ensuring brand growth across social media, advertising, and ambassador partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Lead content strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, paid ads).
  • Oversee creation and execution of the content calendar.
  • Strategize, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Lead and support ambassador and influencer programs, including recruitment, activations, and partnerships.
  • Manage the Content Creator, ensuring cohesive output and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on campaign planning and brand initiatives.
  • Travel occasionally to industry trade shows, activations, and content shoots.
  • Oversee email marketing strategy, ensuring integration with overall content approach.
  • Monitor analytics, KPIs, and trends to refine strategy and drive growth.


Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content strategy.
  • Proven success in running paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and native editing tools (e.g., Reels, Adobe Suite, Adobe lightroom, Adobe photoshop, Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a must!
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing creatives or teams.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing content hands-on.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for beauty, haircare, or fashion industries preferred.
