Revenue ownership: responsible for delivering advertising revenue growth target for the country
Drive strategy & execution: drive client segmentation, portfolio assignment, client acquisition, adoption, retention and upselling of solutions with key clients
Lead the team: build, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales & account management organization.
Collaborate regionally: work with product, strategy, operations, and commercial teams to build the growth pillars for country context, and use them to drive rev growth.
Job Requirements
7 years in advertising sales, digital marketing and media, leadership experience is a plus
Strong record in building driving advertising revenue growth, advertising solutions, building client partnerships, and strategic execution.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, media, and data-driven marketing ecosystems.
Solid domain or team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
