With a deep understanding of the latest technology, this role can define and derive the overall strategy and execution of Machine Learning team to solve critical problems in AI development process. This role also works with the product team to discover new ideas and bring academic research into application.

Responsibilities

Drive the creation and prioritization of the ML engineering roadmap with the estimation of business impact/values.

Lead the machine learning team to build an automation pipeline for data annotation.

Identify novel techniques to challenge internal ways of working/development to have an impact on value creation for the R&D pipeline through the use of machine learning.

Collaborate and interact with other teams to progress projects through different stages.

Qualifications

PhD/PostDoc or equivalent experience in the Computer Vision field.

Demonstrated track record of executing research program in Computer Vision field and publishes papers in top-tier international ML conferences. Examples include but are not limited to: CVPR, ICCV NeurIPS,

Ability to distill complex issues and clearly articulate solutions.

Deep understanding of end-to-end R&D processes and data.

Comfortable explaining complex analytical and technical content to audiences with various knowledge baselines.

Experience in building machine learning models and applications.
