Head of Dealing Desk – Forex Broker

We are hiring a Head of Dealing Desk to manage forex and CFD trade execution, pricing, and risk exposure. This role focuses on dealing desk operations, liquidity management, and execution quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily forex and CFD dealing desk operations
• Monitor trade execution, spreads, slippage, and pricing
• Manage A-Book, B-Book, Hybrid execution models
• Control client exposure, P&L, and risk management
• Implement hedging strategies
• Identify toxic flow and abusive trading
• Manage liquidity providers and execution performance
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best execution
• Supervise dealing desk staff

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in forex/CFD dealing or trading
• Strong knowledge of FX markets and execution models
• Experience with MT4, MT5, cTrader, CQG
• Knowledge of risk management and exposure control
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
