Head of Department - Quantity Surveyor

Our client a leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management company based in Saudi is urgently seeking Head on Department (HoD) - Quantity Surveying for the design Department. The top preference would be WESTERN candidates. The Job location is Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The job requires:

• Cost engineering or project management experience on large-scale construction projects
• Experience preparing budgets, cash flow analyses and other financial reports, Demonstrated client management, communication and organization skills
• Lead projects and manage resources, strategically thinking, plan and problem solve, Capacity to work in a team setting with minimal supervision or direction
• Write complex business documents, such as reports, papers, detailed letters and emails, Attention to detail and quality
• Work with all disciplines (Architectural/Structural/Civil, MEP and Electrical)
• Detailed measurement and pricing of building and engineering systems, Monitor designs
• Collaborate with design teams and Client's technical leads
• Evaluate and reconcile bids, Perform contract negotiations

• Should possess at least Bachelor degree in Cost Engineering/Quantity Surveying. Master degree is plus

• Must have at least 15 years of total experience

• Middle East & Saudi Arabia experience is a plus.

• Experience in LEED accreditation a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of KSA & Middle East Construction Rates, Cost and Material Prices

• Experience in delivering project using BIM and Revit MEP & Architect

• Should be organized and systematic towards work and be able to work independently.

Salary - SAR 23K - 28K
