We are hiring an experienced HOD – Sales & Marketing to lead our overall sales, business development, and marketing operations in the solar energy sector. This is a senior leadership role responsible for strategy, planning, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute complete sales & marketing strategies
  • Lead and manage sales, business development, and marketing teams
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Identify new markets, channels, and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, corporate clients & EPC partners
  • Oversee digital marketing, brand development, and promotional planning
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams for project planning
  • Train and mentor sales & marketing teams

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in the solar industry (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
  • Excellent understanding of solar solutions and market dynamics
  • Proven record of achieving high revenue growth
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing large teams
