Delivery will play a pivotal role in leading programme execution across multiple digital platforms and services.

About the role:

You'll be responsible for overseeing large-scale digital initiatives, from strategy through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. The role covers delivery governance, vendor management, and coordination across IT, business, and external partners.

You will lead a delivery team spanning project managers, business analysts, and technical leads, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards while maintaining stakeholder confidence and programme visibility.

About you:

You'll have a proven background in digital transformation delivery within government, semi-government, or large enterprise environments. Experience leading multi-million-dirham projects across digital platforms, mobile apps, and citizen services is essential.

You combine strong leadership and governance capability with an ability to manage complex stakeholder environments. A background in technology or consulting would be highly advantageous
