Head of Digital Marketing

As Head of Digital Marketing, you will own ToYou’s overall digital media strategy, spanning both performance marketing (user acquisition, retargeting, app marketing) and brand media planning (awareness, consideration, and top-of-mind presence). You will lead paid campaigns across multiple platforms to drive growth at every stage of the funnel and partner cross-functionally to bring integrated marketing campaigns to life.

This role requires deep expertise in ecommerce performance marketing, along with a strong understanding of brand communication and media mix planning. Prior experience in food delivery or Q-commerce in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a holistic digital marketing strategy that balances performance and brand media investment across the full funnel.
  • Own the media plan across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, video, and app campaigns, optimizing for CAC, ROI, LTV, and upper-funnel brand KPIs (e.g., awareness, consideration, preference).
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Growth teams to launch integrated campaigns that align messaging, audience targeting, and funnel objectives.
  • Manage performance campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Apple Search Ads, and other key platforms.
  • Run A/B testing and creative optimization to improve efficiency and relevance across channels.
  • Lead the in-house digital marketing team to ensure best-in-class execution and innovation.
  • Partner with Analytics and Product teams to build a data-driven media measurement framework, incorporating media mix modeling, attribution, and incrementality testing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in performance acquisition and brand media planning, preferably for an e-commerce or app-based platform.
  • Experience managing large paid media budgets with a track record of delivering measurable business results across awareness and acquisition objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube), app analytics (Appsflyer, Adjust), and measurement tools (GA4, Mixpanel).
  • Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s digital media landscape and user behavior.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with or in a food delivery or quick commerce app in KSA or GCC.
  • Bilingual: English and Arabic.
  • Experience executing media campaigns tied to Saudi seasonal moments (e.g., Ramadan, National Day, etc.).
