Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, user acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee content marketing, including blogs, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns to increase engagement and inbound leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze marketing performance data, generate insights, and present actionable reports to leadership.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient ROI-driven spending.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team or coordinate with agencies/freelancers to execute campaigns effectively.
- Drive employer branding and B2B lead generation initiatives tailored for recruitment and staffing audiences.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, recruitment technology, and competitive strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Must have experience working with startups, preferably in the recruitment, staffing, or HR tech domain.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in growth marketing or demand generation for SaaS or recruitment platforms.
- Exposure to B2B marketing and performance-based lead generation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
