Head of Digital Marketing

As BtcTurk Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. , we offer a next-generation investment platform through the BtcTurk | Hisse mobile application, enabling users to trade on domestic and international capital markets with fast, easy, and commission-free transactions. This application, which combines BtcTurk’s technological leadership and financial expertise in the cryptocurrency space with traditional investment instruments, aims to provide investors with a fully digital and user-centric experience.

We are seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to join our dynamic and innovative team.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

·      Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in finance, fintech, or investment sectors)

·      Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

·      Ability to create digital content and manage communication in compliance with relevant regulations

·      Basic knowledge of investment products (such as BIST, VIOP, etc.)

·      Strong coordination skills with multiple stakeholders and third parties

·      Advanced proficiency in English

Job Description:

·      Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing strategies

·      Manage SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, mobile, and performance advertising channels

·      Design audience targeting, messaging, and campaigns tailored to various investor segments

·      Develop digital advertising and content strategies in compliance with Capital Markets Board (CMB) regulations

·      Manage budgets and optimize campaigns with a focus on ROAS and conversion rates

·      Create and enhance user acquisition and retention strategies

·      Coordinate with agencies and internal teams on content and design processes

·      Increase customer acquisition and loyalty through user behavior analysis and segmentation strategies

·      Collaborate closely with product, technology, legal, and customer service teams

·      Lead launch processes, events, PR initiatives, and sponsorship activities
