Job DescriptionClemenger BBDO is looking for a National Head of Digital (Media) to join our leadership team in SydneyAs the Head of Digital (Media), you will lead the digital performance and transformation of our clients nationally. You'll be responsible for elevating our digital offering and driving operational excellence, working closely with Omnicom Media Group to deliver best-in-class solutions.You will shape a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration within the agency, while directly influencing some of Australia's most recognisable brands. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and is passionate about driving progress at scale. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams specializing in programmatic, paid search, and data-driven media strategies. Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior clients, acting as a strategic digital advisor and problem solver. Drive campaign performance, innovation, and operational efficiencies across media executions and internal workflows. Lead transformation agendas on key clients. Develop team talent, fostering both technical skills and creative confidence. Champion cross-functional collaboration between media, creative, and data teams to deliver best-in-class digital solutions. Identify growth opportunities and influence how Clemenger BBDO delivers cutting-edge digital work. Oversee operational and strategic performance across key platforms including DV360, Google Ads, SA360, The Trade Desk, GA4, Campaign Manager, and others. What We're Looking For: Proven leadership experience in digital media, managing multi-client portfolios and large teams. Hands-on expertise with platforms such as DV360, SA360, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, and GA4. Strong client relationship management skills with a commercial and strategic mindset. Excellent communication skills - able to clearly and persuasively engage clients, teams, and partners. Deep understanding of media trends, advertising technology, and the evolving digital performance landscape.
