The Opportunity
We are establishing a
Digital Product Management
organization to strengthen how Turna defines, prioritizes, and delivers value through its digital products. As the
Head of Digital Product Management
, you will be the founding leader of this function, responsible for creating the vision, process, and governance model that connect business goals, customer needs, and technical delivery.
This is a
hands-on leadership role
, reporting directly to the CTO. You’ll personally shape the roadmap, drive prioritization governance, and build the foundation for a high-performing product management team as the company grows.
What You’ll Do

Define, establish, and own Turna’s
digital product strategy and roadmap
, aligning business priorities with technical capabilities.

Establish and operate
product governance and prioritization processes
that bring structure, transparency, and focus across the organization.

Define and monitor success metrics including growth, conversion, retention, NPS, and App Store ratings.

Continuously monitor local and global market dynamics, emerging trends in traveler behavior, and advancements in travel technology; identify opportunities and lead experimentation of innovative features that differentiate Turna and strengthen its competitive edge.

Partner with
Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Support
teams to align product plans with commercial objectives, performance campaigns, and user feedback loops.

Partner with
Engineering, Data, and UX
functions to translate insights into delivery priorities, ensuring measurable impact on growth, conversion, and customer experience.

Build structured communication around product plans, updates, and outcomes; ensuring visibility and alignment across all stakeholders.

Recruit, coach, and develop a product management team as the business scales.
Who You Are
-
8+ years in
digital product management
, including 3+ years in a leadership role within
the travel industry (ideally a major OTA)
, with additional
e-commerce or marketplace experience a strong plus
.

Proven success managing large-scale
B2C digital platforms
and multi-channel ecosystems (web, mobile app, API).

Deep understanding of
Agile and OKR frameworks
, backlog management, and prioritization tools (preferably
Jira)
.

Advanced
data-driven mindset
: experienced in analytics, funnel optimization, performance monitoring and KPI tracking using
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
,
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
,
Google Data Studio / Looker Studio,
elastic,
kibana
, and A/B testing tools.

Comfortable working with
UX research
, usability testing, and
design systems
in collaboration with UI/UX teams using
Figma
.

Familiar with
API-first architectures
, digital integration ecosystems (GDS, CDP, payment gateways), and collaboration with
engineering and DevOps
teams.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences fluently.
