Role Overview
The Head – Digital Transformation (Manufacturing & Supply Chain) drives the organization’s digital evolution, leading Industry 4.0 initiatives that enhance innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence across manufacturing and supply chain networks. The role focuses on building a connected, data‑driven enterprise through scalable digital solutions, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation, while ensuring strong governance, cybersecurity, and IT‑OT integration to enable sustainable business growth and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the global digital transformation strategy across manufacturing and supply chain, aligned with Industry 4.0 and smart factory goals.

Design and execute digital roadmaps that convert business priorities into scalable, ROI‑driven initiatives.

Deploy advanced technologies including IIoT, Edge Computing and data analytics to enable intelligent operations.

Drive adoption of automation, predictive maintenance, digital twins, and quality analytics to improve performance and reliability.
