What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Lead the company-wide digital transformation strategy and execution roadmap
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and digital tools
• Oversee implementation of ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, AI, and data platforms
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align digital initiatives with business goals
• Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and modern IT governance frameworks
• Manage cross-functional teams including IT, product, data, and innovation units
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve efficiency and competitiveness
• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data governance best practices
• Monitor KPIs and deliver measurable transformation outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or enterprise technology leadership
• Strong background in cloud computing, enterprise systems, and digital platforms
• Experience leading cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
