Job Responsibilities – Head of Digital (graphic designer)
1. Digital Strategy & Branding
Develop and execute complete digital marketing and branding strategy.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
Create brand guidelines for social media, website, and marketplace platforms.
Plan promotional campaigns, festive creatives, and offer designs.
2. Graphic Design & Creative Management
Design social media posts, banners, ads, brochures, and product creatives.
Create Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho listing images and A+ content.
Develop logo designs, packaging designs, and product labels.
Ensure high-quality visuals aligned with brand aesthetics.
Supervise and guide the creative team (if applicable).
3. Social Media Management
Plan and schedule content calendars.
Design engaging posts, reels covers, story creatives.
Monitor engagement, growth, and performance metrics.
Run and optimize paid ad creatives.
4. Video Editing & Multimedia
Create promotional videos, reels, and product showcase videos.
Edit ads for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Add motion graphics and basic animation where required.
5. E-commerce & Marketplace Creative Optimization
Design high-converting product images.
Optimize infographics with key features and keywords.
Work closely with marketplace teams for listing improvements.
6. Website & UI Coordination
Design website banners, landing pages, and promotional sections.
Coordinate with developers for UI/UX improvements.
Ensure responsive and attractive website visuals.
7. Performance & Analytics
Analyze campaign performance.
Improve creatives based on engagement and conversion data.
A/B testing of designs and ad creatives.
8. Tools & Technical Skills
Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
Knowledge of digital ads (Meta, Google Ads).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
