Head of Director - Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance / Director - Finance to lead and manage the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. This executive role is critical in guiding the organization towards long-term financial health and compliance. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with proven leadership skills and a strong background in corporate finance, strategic planning, and financial governance. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies to support overall business objectives. Advise the executive team on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and investment priorities. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide insightful analysis and reports to support decision-making across departments. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance. Manage internal controls and risk management processes effectively. Financial Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and board presentations. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Manage banking relationships, optimize cash flows, and monitor working capital. Ensure adequate liquidity to meet the company’s operational and strategic needs. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence in financial operations. Key Requirements: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
