Head of Donations Unit

Head Of Donations Sahir Lodhi Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Donation Unit Head to lead fundraising, donor relations, CSR partnerships, and resource mobilization initiatives for its educational and community welfare programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate fundraising, local and international donor engagement, and successful execution of donation and CSR projects. Candidates with an established professional network within corporate, nonprofit, and international development sectors will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic fundraising and donation plans - Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international donors, CSR departments, sponsors, and development partners - Lead corporate partnership and CSR engagement initiatives - Plan and execute donation drives, fundraising campaigns, and welfare projects - Identify new funding opportunities, grants, and strategic collaborations - Prepare donor proposals, sponsorship presentations, and impact reports - Ensure transparent donor communication, reporting, and documentation - Coordinate with media, outreach, and project teams to maximize fundraising impact - Manage and supervise donation unit operations and fundraising staff Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, Public Relations, or related field - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, CSR management, or business development - Strong professional network within corporate, NGO, philanthropic, and international donor sectors - Demonstrated experience in managing successful local and international donation projects - Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills - Strong understanding of CSR frameworks, donor engagement, and partnership development - Experience in nonprofit or development sector will be preferred Job Type: Full-time Location: Karachi, Pakistan Application Submission: Interested candidates may apply through Indeed or submit their updated CVs at: Email: info@sahirlodhifoundation.org Contact: 021-34391966 Subject Line: Application for Donation Unit Head Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews and further assessment.
